METAL PIGTAILS

Contruction: • All tig welded stainless steel braided hose assembly. Optional full-length or partial stainless guard is available. End Fittings Configurations: • Male Pipe • Female Pipe • Female JIC Flare • CGA Fittings • Flanges • Tube Stub *Other configurations and various alloys available. Maximum Working Pressure: • Up to 6000 PSI at 70° F. The recommended hose assembly for high pressure helium or hydrogen. Unlike high pressure PTFE assemblies, gas will not permeate the wall of this stainless metal hose assembly.

PTFE PIGTAILS

Contruction: • Smooth inner core of extruded PTFE covered with stainless steel wire braid reinforcement. End Fittings Configurations: • Male Pipe • Female Pipe • Female JIC Flare • CGA Fittings • Tube Stub *Other configurations and various alloys available. Maximum Working Pressure: • 6000 PSI at 70° F (optional) Maximum Burst Pressure: • 26,000 PSI at 70° F. Minimum Bend Radius: • Two Inches Temperature Range: • Continuous Service - minus 65° to plus 450° F. • Intermittent Service - minus 100° to plus 500° F.
